Electrophysiology (EP) Cardiologist

Caduceus Medical Recruitment is seeking an Electrophysiology (EP) Cardiologist to serve in a leadership role overseeing clinical and operational aspects of a multidisciplinary cardiology clinic. This position offers the opportunity to combine advanced EP practice with physician leadership in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Position Overview

This role provides physician leadership across clinic operations, supporting a coordinated, team-based approach to cardiovascular care with a focus on electrophysiology services. The Medical Director will help maintain and advance clinical standards, protocols, and performance through quality improvement and operational oversight.

Qualifications
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology
  • Eligible for medical licensure in the state of practice
  • Eligible for and able to obtain medical staff privileges within the organization
Communication & Leadership Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership for electrophysiology services and broader cardiology operations
  • Collaborate with administration on:
    • Scope and growth of EP services
    • Equipment planning (mapping systems, devices, lab needs)
    • Space design and workflow optimization
    • Standardization of clinical protocols and pathways
  • Maintain strong referral relationships with cardiologists, primary care physicians, and regional partners
  • Work with clinical teams to establish and monitor quality metrics and patient outcomes
  • Address clinical and operational issues impacting the medical staff
  • Foster a collegial, high-performing clinical environment

  • Deliver comprehensive cardiac electrophysiology care, including device management and procedural services
