NON-MEDICAL | M-F 7:45AM-4PM | FULLY TRAINED IN-HOUSE | FUN ENVIRONMENT

Must be FEMALE due to observed drug testing requirements.

At Fastest Labs, you will have the chance to grow in leadership. Your role with our team will be a dual role with administrative duties such as customer service, data entry and handling telephone calls and providing clinical drug, DNA, and alcohol testing services.

This position requires a high level of customer service and an extremely positive attitude. We will certify and train you to welcome, test and service our clients. We perform pre-employment and random drug testing for small to large businesses and individuals. If you have the motivation and attitude to learn we will invest in you and you can be a part of our rapidly expanding team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Handle potential customer inquiries and follow telephone script to persuade callers to schedule an appointment or come into the collection facility for testing.
2. Perform certified urine, alcohol, saliva, fingernail, hair follicle and DNA specimen collections.
3. Perform specimen collections following proper chain of custody procedures, packaging of specimens, and shipping package with appropriate courier.
4. Collect payment from clients.
5. Report urine, hair, alcohol, fingernail, hair follicle and DNA test results to the client using the appropriate reporting protocol agreed upon by the client.
6. Conduct optional outbound sales calls during the day and professionally and accurately present Fastest Labs services to prospective customers.
7. Monitor and inventory testing supplies.
8. Follow up on all leads for Fastest Labs service with e-mails or
telephone calls.
