We are seeking a motivated Lab Assistant to join our team and support critical laboratory and production operations. The Lab Assistant plays a key role in maintaining laboratory operations, preparing materials, supporting processing activities, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily laboratory operations, ensuring work areas, equipment, and materials are clean, organized, and ready for use.
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain laboratory glassware, instruments, and processing equipment.
  • Prepare raw materials and samples according to established procedures and quality standards.
  • Perform weighing, dilution, compounding, and solution preparation activities with a high level of accuracy.
  • Assist with calibration, verification, and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment.
  • Operate laboratory equipment including centrifuges, freeze dryers, dialysis systems, and other processing tools.
  • Support aseptic processing activities while following established techniques and contamination control procedures.
  • Complete laboratory documentation, cleaning logs, maintenance records, and inventory-related paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with material handling, inventory control, and SAP transactions for material tracking and movement.
  • Help maintain laboratory supplies, reagents, equipment inventories, and controlled work environments.
  • Follow all safety, quality, GMP, and regulatory requirements while handling biological materials and laboratory reagents.
  • Participate in cross-training opportunities and support additional laboratory and production activities as needed.
Qualifications
  • Candidates with a high school diploma or associate degree and at least 1 year of laboratory, manufacturing, or scientific production experience are encouraged to apply.
