Clinic Hours = 8A-5P Monday and 7A-5P Tuesday - Thursdayย

Whatย Youโ€™llย Doโ€ฏย 

  • Clinical Care & Phlebotomyย 

  • Perform venipuncture, collect and process blood specimens accurately and efficiently.ย 

  • Administer injections, IM and subcutaneous treatments, and other clinical procedures perย providerย orders.ย 

  • Prepare, clean, andย maintainย exam rooms, instruments, and equipment according to protocol.ย 

  • Support hormone replacement therapy administration and other longevity-related treatments.ย ย 

  • Patient Support & Educationย 

  • Welcome and prepare patients for consultations, ensuring comfort and readiness for procedures.ย 

  • Provide education about treatments, aftercare, and health optimization programs.ย 

  • Ensure accurate documentation in EMR/CRM systems and maintain confidentiality at all times.ย 

  • Operational Excellenceย 

  • Coordinate with the clinical and front office teams to ensureย timelyย patient flow.ย 

  • Manage lab supplies,ย maintainย inventory, and ensure compliance with OSHA and CLIA standards.ย 

  • Contribute toย continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.ย 

What You Haveโ€ฏย 

  • 1โ€“2+ years of clinical or patient-facing healthcare experienceย required.ย 

  • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant and/or Phlebotomy certificationย required.ย 

  • Strong understanding of medical procedures, lab collection protocols, and infection control.ย 

  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills with a patient-first mindset.ย 

  • Experience with EMR or practice management systemsย
