Your Role as Lead Urgent Care Veterinarian:
  • Lead and develop our urgent care service
  • Mentor and support fellow veterinarians, support staff and students
  • Manage and oversee urgent and same-day cases
  • Help shape protocols, workflow, and clinical excellence

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $195,000 – $225,000+ (DOE)

Production Bonus – Potential up to $300K+
