Responsibilities:
  • Managing client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, updating client notes consistently, and booking the client's weekly recurring appointments
  • Ensure the safety of clients regarding proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules. Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
  • Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele through personal interaction and outreach
  • Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
  • Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with sales by delivering best-in-class knowledge in each session and tracking members' goals
  • Participate in social media content to deliver a local and honest representation of our service, e.g, participate in making "Reels"
  • Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at any given time

Requirements:
  • Love of boutique fitness environment is a must - passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
  • Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with a client, desired
  • Fitness certification required from any of the areas mentioned above, or a graduate in Kinesiology, or other Exercise degrees
  • Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
  • Has fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy
  • Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals
  • Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to our attendance policies
  • Must be available to attend our 2-day Flexologist Training Program™, which includes 10 hours of online tutorials prior to FTP and log 20 hours of practice.

Compensation: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
