Hourly Rate:

AE-RA-Tuteur / TA-RA-Tutor : $32.84 ou/or $51.75 (Sept. 2025 - Aug. 2026)

The academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31.

Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate.

These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay.

These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.

Animer les seances de DGD;

Tenir a jour les dossiers et les resultats des etudiants;

Corriger les quiz et l'examen de mi-session;

Surveiller les examens.

Qualifications Necessaires

Excellente maitrise du francais oral et ecrit;

Capacite a expliquer clairement des concepts complexes de comptabilite financiere et a resoudre des problemes pratiques;

Capacite a animer des seances de DGD et a repondre efficacement aux questions des etudiants;

Capacite a respecter des echeanciers de correction stricts et a gerer efficacement sa charge de travail;

Experience anterieure a titre d'assistant d'enseignement, de correcteur ou dans l'enseignement de la comptabilite financiere consideree comme un atout;

Disponibilite pendant les heures prevues des DGD ainsi que durant les periodes d'examens et de correction.

Avoir une moyenne ponderee cumulative d'au moins 7,5;

Avoir obtenu une note minimale de A dans le cours ADM 3740 ou dans un cours equivalent;

Posseder une connaissance a jour des Normes internationales d'information financiere (IFRS) et des Normes comptables pour les entreprises a capital ferme (NCECF) du Canada applicables au contenu du cours ADM 3740;

Si la methode d'enseignement ou de travail devait changer pour des raisons sanitaires ou autres, etre disponible pour exercer les fonctions de coanimation sur Zoom pendant les heures de cours prevues;

Si la methode d'enseignement ou de travail devait changer pour des raisons sanitaires ou autres, etre disponible pour animer sur Zoom la seance hebdomadaire de DGD prevue;

Une experience de l'enseignement en ligne est consideree comme un atout;

Une experience dans un environnement de videoconference en ligne, notamment Microsoft Teams, est consideree comme un atout.

Commentaires

Les personnes preselectionnees pourraient etre convoquees a une entrevue avec le professeur ou le coordonnateur du cours;

Les personnes candidates qualifiees devront reussir un examen ecrit et obtenir une note minimale de 80 %;

Le nombre d'heures affiche pourrait etre augmente en fonction du nombre d'inscriptions au cours;

Les heures prevues au contrat peuvent etre reaffectees entre les differentes taches. Le professeur pourrait egalement ajuster la repartition des taches au cours du trimestre;

La personne retenue doit etre presente dans la region d'Ottawa pendant toute la duree du cours, a l'exception des conges officiels de l'Universite, y compris pendant la periode de correction de l'examen final et jusqu'au calcul des notes finales par le professeur;
