Join our team as a Global Job Trainer, where you'll play a crucial role in developing functional expertise within our organization. You'll focus on building a strong and competent training system that supports globalization, scalability, and sustainability for both new and existing employees. As a technical expert, you'll use your knowledge to train new hires and current team members, ensuring alignment with global standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, train, and share best practices with Local Job Trainers and vendors globally and locally.
  • Develop and align global standards across all sites.
  • Build training competencies and implement standards through the Global Job Trainer network.
  • Serve as a technical expert within your department.
  • Support globalization and scalability initiatives.

  • Proven experience in training and development within a global organization.
  • Strong technical expertise in your field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead training initiatives.
