Pay Range: $66,695.00 to $104,500.00
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
Store Leader:
Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing and positive people to make a difference in the communities we serve. Our Store Leaders ensure the store is profitable by leading the team to achieve daily goals, training coworkers, recruiting and hiring staff, merchandising, supervising the team, inventory control, and ensure the highest quality of customer service is being provided on a daily basis.
Requirements:
• Great people skills, ability to resolve coworker and customer concerns with social sensitivity
• At least 1-3 years of leadership experience. Experience should include servicing guest requests, handling guest/co-worker concerns or complaints, explaining organization policies in difficult situations, and obtaining information or reports.
• Ability to collect information from reports, records, or other available sources, establish the accuracy and summarize the information into meaningful results.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment when receiving assignments in the form of results expected, due dates, and general procedures. Act independently within the context of approved goals and budgets in establishing plans, policies, and /or procedures.
• Valid Driver's License
Schedule:
Our Store Leaders work 45 hours per week (typically 9 hour days) and are also required to work at least one weekend per month depending on the needs and circumstances of the store.
