KVM Door Systems Inc. is a leading contractor in Michigan, specializing in commercial overhead doors, loading dock equipment, and automatic entrances. We serve general contractors, end users, and facility managers with installation, service, and repair. We are growing fast—and we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to help lead and scale our sales department.

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing both new construction and aftermarket sales teams, driving revenue growth, developing talent, and refining our sales processes. This role requires someone who can lead by example, coach a team of sales reps, and build lasting relationships with contractors, facility managers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of New Construction and Aftermarket Sales Representatives

  • Set and monitor sales goals and performance metrics

  • Refine quoting strategies, pipeline tracking, and CRM usage

  • Support reps with client meetings, quotes, and closing major deals

  • Coordinate with estimating, service, and operations teams for seamless project execution

  • Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities

  • Report on sales performance to ownership and leadership team

Qualifications:
