The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a Full-Time Program Manager, Kuwait AOC Modernization Sustainment (NH-1101-03) to work for the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) in the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/ESN) at Hanscom AFB, MA.

Qualifications/Requirements:
In this position, you will serve as the Program Manager responsible for the cradle-to-grave acquisition management of the Kuwait's Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program for a Ground Based Air Command and Control system. This GS-13 equivalent position requires you to manage the procurement, installation, integration, test, delivery, and sustainment of the system to enhance the Kuwait's air defense capabilities.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET security clearance.
This position may be subject to random drug testing.
This position is eligible for limited situational telework; it is not a remote or full-time telework position. Primary duties are performed in a secure facility.
Prior defense acquisition program management experience at the GS-12 equivalent level is required. Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience is desired.
Key Job-Related Skills:
FMS Program Management: Responsible for the complete lifecycle acquisition management of a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program, from procurement and installation to delivery and sustainment.
Stakeholder Contractor Leadership: Lead an Integrated Product Team (IPT) and monitor prime contractor performance to ensure adherence to contract terms, delivery schedules, and quality standards for the FMS customer.
Interagency International Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for foreign government representatives and maintain effective working relationships with organizations across the DoD, including SAF/IA.
Program Reporting Communication: Brief senior U.S. and foreign leadership on program status, risks, and opportunities, and maintain accurate program reporting in official systems.
