Your Mission
As the first AI Analyst on the AI Transformation Team, you'll design, build, and launch the workflows and bots that power Pixi's next stage of growth. You'll partner with business leaders to automate processes, create intelligent agents, and deliver real-world value-fueling 3-4 new bots every month.
What You'll Own
  • Workflow Design & Build - Create end-to-end automations across CRM, e-commerce, and internal systems using AI tools and low/no-code platforms.
  • Bot Development - Build and deploy bots (in customer service, influencer management, operations, and marketing) that drive measurable impact.
  • Integration Engineering - Connect APIs and data pipelines between platforms like NetSuite, Kustomer, Shopify, and external tools.
  • Testing & QA - Design regression tests, monitor performance, and refine workflows for accuracy, reliability, and compliance.
  • Analytics & Reporting - Create quick dashboards (SQL, Sheets, Looker Studio) to monitor bot adoption and ROI.
  • Enablement & Handover - Write SOPs, deliver Loom walk-throughs, and train business users to work with AI tools confidently.

Who You Are
  • 2-3 years in technical analysis, automation engineering, or AI workflow development (preferably in e-commerce or CX).
  • Proficient in APIs, JSON, SQL, and low/no-code platforms (Zapier, n8n, Make, UiPath, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience building or integrating AI/LLM solutions (OpenAI, Claude, or similar).
  • Strong problem solver who enjoys translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical teams.
  • Bonus: Experience with NetSuite, Shopify, or CRM platforms; Lean/Six Sigma training.
