MTSI is seeking to hire a Senior Cloud Engineer with a strong background in secure cloud platform engineering, Kubernetes operations, and policyascode enforcement. This senior role supports missioncritical defense programs and requires deep technical expertise, leadership ability, and hands-on experience in high-assurance environments. Key Responsibilities Manage and operate Azure Government (IL5) and Azure Secret (IL6) environments Architect secure Kubernetes platforms using FluxCD, GitLab CI/CD, and GitOps methodologies Build and maintain Terraform configurations for Azure, GitLab, Artifactory, and developer platforms Deploy and administer Coder Enterprise v2 for secure cloud-based development Develop hardened container images and Helm releases for regulated workloads Implement policyascode using OPA, Rego, Gatekeeper, and advanced validation pipelines Engineer air-gapped deployment workflows and secure artifact transfer mechanisms Collaborate across teams to ensure compliance, security, and platform reliability Required Qualifications Master's degree in computer science or related STEM field.
12+ years of experience in software engineering, DevSecOps, or secure cloud/platform engineering Active U.S. Secret clearance U.S. citizenship Preferred Qualifications 20+ years of relevant professional experience Experience supporting Department of Defense or intelligence community systems #LI-JJ1
