Mandatory Qualifications
• 712+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM expertise.
• Hands on experience in at least one full cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.
• Strong functional knowledge in:
o Core HR
o Payroll
o Absence / Time modules
• Strong understanding of HCM business processes and compliance requirements.
• Experience working in ERP transformation or modernization programs.
• Oracle Fusion HCM configuration & security
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• HCM Extracts, HDL, BI Publisher
• REST / SOAP APIs
• Data migration and reconciliation
• Exposure to Agile / SAFe delivery models
Roles & Responsibilities
ERP Transformation & Functional Responsibilities
• Engage with HR, Payroll, Talent, and Business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements during the ERP transformation journey.
• Map legacy HCM processes to Oracle Fusion HCM best practices, identifying gaps and recommending scalable solutions.
• Lead and support end to end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, including:
o Core HR
o Payroll
o Workforce Structures
o Absence Management
o Talent Management (OTL, Performance, Recruiting as applicable)
• Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), configuration workbooks, and solution blueprints.
• Support conference room pilots (CRPs), UAT cycles, defect triage, and business sign off.
Techno Functional & Integration Responsibilities
• Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on approved designs.
• Design and support integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and external/legacy systems, including:
o Payroll vendors
o Finance/ERP
o Benefits providers
o Time & Attendance systems
• Utilize Oracle integration technologies such as:
o OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)
o REST/SOAP APIs
o HCM Extracts
o BI Publisher reports
• Support data migration and data validation activities using HDL, FBL, and spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration, performance, and data issues.
Transformation Governance & Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with System Integrators (SI), internal IT teams, and business leaders.
• Participate in architecture reviews, design authority discussions, and release planning.
• Provide knowledge transfer (KT) to support teams and business users.
• Support cutover planning, go live execution, and hypercare/post production support.
Salary Range $120,000-$150,000 Per year
