In the context of marketing or sales, a KSP highlights what sets a product apart from competitors and why a customer should choose it. Identifying and communicating strong KSPs is crucial for effective product positioning and successful sales strategies. They can be related to quality, price, unique features, or customer service. Understanding KSPs helps both sales teams and customers make informed decisions.
