Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in Workforce Management, Operations Planning, or similar roles.
  • Experience supporting 24/7 mission-critical environments (data centers, telecom, cloud, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel, SQL, or similar tools).
  • Experience with WFM platforms (e.g., Kronos/UKG, NICE, Workday, or similar).
  • Experience in hyperscale or colocation data center environments.
  • Knowledge of capacity planning and infrastructure lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, incident management, or service operations frameworks.

Responsibilities: 

Workforce Administration
- Maintain workforce tracking systems and staffing databases.
- Verify employee assignment information, project placements, and workforce status changes.
- Audit workforce reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Track employee utilization, availability, and bench status.
- Assist with workforce forecasting and manpower planning activities.
Reporting 
- Validate workforce reports prior to distribution to leadership.
- Generate weekly and monthly workforce metrics and staffing summaries.
- Monitor workforce dashboards and identify data discrepancies.
- Maintain workforce records including project assignments, start dates, training completion, and deployment status.
- Support leadership with ADHOC reporting requests.

-Timesheet audit and Expense reimbursement review. 
Mobilization Planning 
 - Assist in coordinating employee deployments to project sites.
- Track onboarding requirements including background checks, drug screens, training, and customer-specific requirements.
- Coordinate travel and lodging requests with appropriate departments.
- Monitor deployment readiness and escalate issues that may impact project start dates.
- Support workforce mobilization efforts during high-volume staffing periods.
Collaboration 
- Partner with Recruiting to track candidate onboarding progress.
- Work with Training teams to monitor training completion and deployment readiness.
- Coordinate with HR regarding employee status updates and workforce records.
- Communicate workforce updates to project managers and operational leadership.
- Support workforce planning meetings and staffing reviews.

-Collaborate with field staff on best practices 
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve workforce tracking and reporting processes.
- Assist in maintaining workforce procedures and documentation.
- Support implementation of workforce management tools and dashboards.
- Recommend process improvements that increase visibility and reporting accuracy.
