  • 5+ years of experience with UKG Pro WFM, UKG Dimensions, Workforce Dimensions, or Kronos Workforce Central (WFC).
  • Strong experience with Timekeeping, Time & Attendance, and Absence Management modules.
  • Experience configuring:
    • Pay Rules
    • Accruals
    • Holiday Calendars
    • Labor Categories
    • Business Structures
    • Workforce Management configurations
  • Experience troubleshooting and supporting workforce management processes.
  • Knowledge of access profiles, security configurations, and workforce data management.
  • Experience with payroll integrations and employee data imports/exports.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
