  • Industry experience (CBD, hemp, kratom, vape/smoke, or wellness distribution) is a MAJOR plus — but not required; if you can truly sell
  • We'll teach you the category
  • Experience selling white-label / private-label is a plus
  • Bonus: you bring established industry relationships you can activate from day one
  • Coachable on the compliance side of a regulated category
