Job Description

Allied Universal is hiring a KPI and Development Manager to support a large global entertainment client. The KPI Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining key performance indicator (KPI) frameworks that drive strategic decision-making and operational effectiveness. The KPI Manager works cross-functionally to align business objectives with measurable outcomes, ensuring transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.

The KPI Manager is a hybrid office/remote role. Office location may be in Los Angeles or Los Gatos, California; Seattle, Washington; or Chelsea, New York.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, track, and report KPIs across departments to support strategic goals and operational performance
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify performance metrics relevant to each business unit
  • Analyze trends, variances, and patterns in performance data to support data-driven decisions
  • Design and implement dashboards and reporting tools using the Google Workspace
  • Lead regular performance review meetings with department heads to assess progress against targets
  • Provide actionable insights and recommend corrective actions when KPIs are off-target
  • Ensure consistency and data integrity in all KPI reporting and definitions across the company
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes with relevant performance data
  • Manage monthly invoices based on client requirements, ensuring billing accuracy, PO updates, and timely submission to the client
  • Train staff on KPI methodology and ensure alignment in understanding and usage of metrics
  • Stay current with best practices in performance measurement and operational analytics
  • Maintain the client facing portal. Collect relevant information, compile findings, and prepare and distribute a weekly activity report.
  • Conduct monthly onboarding and offboarding audits to ensure compliance with background check requirements, accuracy of employee documentation, and timely completion of offboarding activities, including system access removal and record maintenance
  • Review and analyze existing security policies and procedures and develop operational guidelines for new security systems and response protocols

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to meet and maintain any applicable state licensing or certification requirements
  • Minimum of two (2) years of project management experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience conducting compliance auditing, to include executing complex audit plans
  • Exceptional oral and written interpersonal communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge and implementation experience with advanced risk-based audit methodologies, policies, and procedures, aimed at consistently improving audit quality
  • Skilled in producing fact-based audit findings and crafting actionable recommendations that address risks and gain buy-in from various levels of management
  • Ability to provide insightful analysis of audit results to senior committees and leaders, facilitating root cause analysis and driving sustainable control improvements
  • Strong technical proficiency and expertise in Microsoft Excel with ability to quickly adapt to financial reporting systems
  • Strong commitment to maintaining the independence and ethical standards of the audit team while fostering productive collaboration with management at all levels
  • Have an expert skillset with Google Workspace
  • Ability to create documents, edit documents, and review large volumes of documents for errors with little guidance
  • Able to plan, manage, and follow through on projects and audits, meeting strict deadlines
  • Have knowledge of and be able to learn new software platforms such as SharePoint

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

  • Experience in executing group audits with international component auditors
  • College degree in Business, Project Management, or other administrative management field

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Pay Rate: $75,000 to $110,000 per year
  • Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance
  • Eligibility for our retirement plans
  • Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days
  • Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly. Unused vacation is only paid out where required by law.
