SPECIAL SERVICES TEAMMEMBER

The Korte Company is seeking aSpecial Servicesmember to join our team inLas Vegas, NV. This position willbe responsible forcollaboration with ourClient ServicesManager and Project Managers to helpfacilitateall aspects of our project.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Completion of necessary maintenance projects as included onsmall project & punchlist.

• Ability to properlyoperateall small hand & power tools (table saw, chopcaw, drills, etc.)

• Ability todeterminerequiredprojectmaterials and equipment,workingwithsubcontractors& owners.

• Document progress and update the schedule of completion& input information into aniPad or computer.

• Assistwith callbacks/warranties or emergencies (possibly afterhours).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The characteristics listed below are representative ofwhat is needed toperform this job successfully.

• Basic working knowledge of hanging & patching drywall, metal stud framing, minor plumbing, minor knowledge of electrical and generalhandymanrepair skills.

• Abilityto work independently& withteam employees.

• Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task within time constraints.

• Valid driver's license, backgroundcheck,and MVR checkrequired.

EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE

Qualified applicants will have:

• High School Diploma

• Prior maintenance/handymanexperience is a plus

• Frequently lift and/or move 50 poundsor more.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position will be at the worksite or in the office depending on work responsibilities. The worksite environment is constantly changing and may include:

• Moving mechanical parts

• High, precarious places

• Risk of electrical shock

• Outside weather conditions, such as extreme heat and extreme cold

• Moderate to loud noise levels
