As we continue to grow, weโ€™re looking for someone who enjoys bringing accuracy, organization, and structure to our financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping records accurate, ensuring bills are paid on time, and helping the business operate with confidence through reliable financial information.


Role Overview

We are seeking a Korean-speaking Accountant / Bookkeeper to support the day-to-day financial operations of Carepod.

Youโ€™ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with payroll, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end close. Youโ€™ll also work closely with our U.S. team and our Korea-based headquarters, making bilingual communication an important part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

๐Ÿ“Š Bookkeeping & Financial Records

  • Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping
  • Record daily financial transactions and journal entries
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure records remain up to date
  • Maintain organized financial documentation and supporting records

  • Process vendor invoices and payments
  • Issue customer invoices when needed
  • Track outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Fluent in both Korean and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting
  • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage confidential financial information with discretion
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company
