Job Overview:
We are an award-winning, Top 5% Farmers Insurance agency in Costa Mesa seeking a motivated Korean Speaking Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced, lead-driven sales role focused primarily on personal lines (auto and home), with opportunities to expand into life insurance for higher earnings.
We provide daily purchased leads, strong training, and proven systems to help you build pipeline, close business, and grow your income.
What Youll Do:
  • Quote and sell personal lines insurance (auto and home)
  • Work daily with internet leads and live transfers
  • Follow up consistently to build pipeline and close new business
  • Cross-sell additional products and pivot to life insurance when appropriate
  • Provide professional, accurate customer service
  • Track activity and manage opportunities in agency CRM systems
  • Support policy changes, underwriting follow-ups, and basic service needs
What Were Looking For:
  • Bilingual (Korean speaking)
  • Sales experience preferred (insurance, retail, inside sales, or telemarketing)
  • Prior insurance experience is a plus, not required
  • Goal-driven, motivated, and comfortable working in a performance-based role
  • Strong communication skills and positive attitude
  • Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license
  • Interest in earning more through commissions and bonuses
