When working for a Korean company, you may notice a strong emphasis on hierarchy and respect for seniority, which influences communication and decision-making. Teamwork is highly valued, and employees are often expected to prioritize group harmony over individual opinions. It's also common for meetings to be more formal and for feedback to be given indirectly. Strong interpersonal communication, adaptability, and respect for hierarchical structures help individuals integrate smoothly and build trust. These abilities are crucial for effective collaboration, career progression, and navigating the unique business culture within Korean organizations.
