• Originate high-quality opportunities through deep client engagement and network activation

Establish Trusted Client Partnerships

• Become a key partner to decision-makers in Korea's biotech ecosystem
• Convert opportunities into long-term, repeat business relationships
• Elevate Novotech's reputation as a trusted, execution-driven CRO in Korea

Create and Lead a High-Performing Commercial Team

• Recruit and develop a top-tier local sales organization
• Define scalable processes across account management, pipeline discipline, and deal execution
• Build a performance-driven, accountable, and entrepreneurial culture

Leverage Delivery as a Competitive Advantage

• Partner closely with local operations to translate delivery excellence into commercial wins
• Ensure strong alignment between sales commitments and execution capability
• Position the organization as a trusted, high-quality execution partner in Korea

Represent and Elevate NVT Korea in the Market

• Act as a visible commercial leader within the Korea CRO and biotech community
• Build brand presence through industry engagement and strategic partnerships
• Bring market insight to shape broader Novotech strategy

Experience & Background

• Proven track record in CRO, pharma services, or clinical development partnerships within Korea
• Strong ability to originate and close business in the local market
• Deep network across Korean biotech, pharma, and clinical stakeholders
• Experience building or scaling commercial teams
• Strong understanding of clinical development and outsourcing models
