Job description

Shift:  Friday, Saturday and Sunday's 6pm to 5am

About the Role

As Supervisor, E-Fulfillment, you will support retail operations by managing the day-to-day execution of merchandise processing through the Fulfillment Network. 

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the workflow of several departments in conjunction with individual department supervisors

  • Develop and maintain accuracy standards to ensure unit inventory integrity

  • Align with business partners to resolve issues and ensure efficient service

  • Ensure dynamic staffing to meet company goals

  • Effectively manage staff to meet productivity and cost goals

  • Evaluate and track level of service and accuracy standards

  • Leads direct reports to achieve unit goals by Kohl's policies and practices

  • Increase associate engagement by developing and communicating a clear vision

  • Maintain open communication, set clear objectives and remove barriers

  • Develop an effective staff through coaching and performance feedback

Must Have Skills

  • Strong people management skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including leading by example and supporting team development
