Job description

Experience:

  • Experience with FileNet components that can be integrated into Tungsten Automation (formerly Kofax) Capture (v. 11), KTM, Oracle DB, and SQL Server.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of Oracle DB and SQL Server including writing SQL scripts and Stored procedures.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of Storage Area Networks.
  • Experience with software updates and upgrades.
  • Familiarity with platform changes.
  • Demonstrated ability to run queries and reports.
  • Experience with server support and installation/configuration of AIX, Linux, and/or Windows Servers.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Document Archiving Systems.
  • Technical expertise supporting systems leveraging FTP data transfer.
  • Technical expertise supporting systems leveraging FNA, PDF and XML file types.
  • Experience working with imaging systems, batching, scanning, indexing, and extracting and importing data from other databases.
  • Familiarity with customizing applications and file transfer protocols.
