2 3 years of hands-on experience delivering AI or Generative AI use cases with measurable business results.
Industry experience in Automotive, Retail, Aftermarket Parts & Service, Supply Chain & Logistics, or E-commerce.

AI Certifications (Required)
One or more of the following:
One or more recognized AI certifications, such as Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Databricks Machine Learning Certification, Microsoft Applied AI, or equivalent Generative AI certification. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Automotive Service Parts, Dealer Operations, Customer Experience, Retail Analytics, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
Experience implementing predictive analytics, recommendation engines, demand forecasting, digital assistants/chatbots, Generative AI, knowledge management, or agentic AI workflows.
