Compliance Specialist
Compensation:
$35,586+ commission (OTE $100,000)

Location: Daily local travel within assigned city (Texas)
Eligibility: US Permanent Residency is required for this role

Summary
Are you an OSHA/HIPAA Specialist working in the dental field, looking for more flexibility and earning potential? This is the role for you! We are seeking Compliance Specialists across major Texas cities (San Antonio, Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston) to grow territories with pre-identified business. This is not a sales role, but market development with Federally-Mandated services. In this role you will make a base salary of $35,568, with a 90-day training period, fully ramping to a 6-figure total compensation. You will work remotely from your home with daily travel to local client sites.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Approximately ten years of total experience, with at least five in Compliance
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA
  • Experience working in the dental field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard Compliance-related software
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
