About the Role

At Next Level Restoration & Remodel, our Reconstruction Project Managers don’t just manage timelines — they own outcomes.

You are the leader responsible for:

  • Turning damaged homes into fully restored, high-quality living spaces
  • Leading crews and subcontractors with authority
  • Protecting the customer experience from start to finish
  • Delivering projects that are on time, on budget, and done right

You are the standard setter in the field.

What You’ll Own

Project Execution & Quality Control

  • Run multiple reconstruction projects simultaneously
  • Enforce craftsmanship, cleanliness, and finish standards
  • Conduct job walks, punch lists, and final inspections

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Manage trades, materials, and timelines
  • Adjust schedules proactively (not reactively)
  • Partner with office team for smooth project flow

Customer Experience

  • Be the main point of contact for homeowners
  • Provide clear, proactive updates
  • Resolve issues with professionalism and confidence

Leadership & Accountability

  • Lead, coach, and develop crew members
  • Hold teams accountable to performance and quality standards
  • Run jobsite expectations with authority

Documentation & Systems

  • Maintain clean, accurate job documentation (photos, notes, scope alignment)
  • Track budgets, labor hours, and change orders

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days, you will:

  • Independently run reconstruction projects start to finish
  • Maintain consistent, high-quality documentation
  • Catch and correct issues before they escalate
  • Build trust with customers and crews
  • Deliver clean, “zero-surprise” jobs

What You Bring

Required:

  • 3+ years of Project Management in construction or restoration
  • Strong field leadership (not just office coordination)
  • Experience managing multiple jobs at once
  • Ability to read scopes, control budgets, and manage schedules
  • Excellent communication with clients and crews

Preferred:

  • Restoration or insurance-related experience
  • Familiarity with tools like Xactimate, Knowify, or similar systems
  • Experience leading crews or subcontractors directly
