Job Description

Knight Restoration Services is a full-service restoration company that specializes in restoring facilities back to their pre-loss condition after emergency or catastrophic situations primarily caused by water/flood damage, fire, biohazard/trauma events, and instances of mild to extensive mold. When needed, we consider it both a privilege and responsibility to respond to situations immediately and to do everything possible to remove this burden from our clients and their patrons. Our proven systems combined with the latest, high-tech equipment, and our team of highly-trained technicians, help expedite the process of restoring facilities affected by flood, fire, biohazard/trauma, or mold back to their original condition while at the same time saving our clients time and money. This position will be based in Piedmont - Athens.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform restoration work for commercial properties
  • Perform physical labor associated with cleanup activities, packing customer's contents, general on-location cleaning, HVAC cleaning, and deodorization of facilities
  • Assists with the inventory of site contents, setup of emergency services equipment, preparing contents for storage, and lifting items into storage
  • Follow applicable safety rules, regulations, guidelines, policies, and site-specific safety plans when performing cleanup activities and donning protective gear
  • Operate routinely used tools and equipment
  • Perform routine inspection and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
  • Communicate with management to report project status, updates, issues, or concerns
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance
  • Maintain all job-related reports updated per company guidelines
Qualifications
  • Commercial Restoration Experience, preferred
  • High level of character and integrity
  • Professional appearance
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Outstanding Customer Experience
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects (50+lbs)
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
  • Valid Driver's License
  • IICRC Certification is a plus
  • Mitigation and Construction experience is a plus
  • Bilingual is a plus
Travel
  • Up to 75% (required)
