Location: Western suburbs near St Charles, IL - 100% On-site

Contract: Full time

Description:

The Information Technology Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Director, Information Technology, and IT department in managing RELLs day-to-day IT systems and networks. This position requires a technically savvy individual who is extremely well organized and adept at communicating both verbally and in writing with stakeholders across the organization.

Technical Skills:

Minimum of two years of Microsoft technical support experience and superior customer service and communication skills.

Must have knowledge of SharePoint, Office 365, and Active Directory

Extensive knowledge and proven experience of supporting Microsoft OS and Office systems

Experience supporting laptops, desktops, and wireless devices.

A+, Network+, Server+ CompTIA certifications or the willingness to obtain.
