KMI CPAs is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bloomfield Hills, MI. This is a great opportunity to be the backbone of a professional accounting firm, supporting a talented team of CPAs in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations including greeting clients, answering phones, and handling correspondence
  • Schedule and coordinate client appointments, meetings, and conference calls
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain confidential client files and tax documents
  • Support CPA staff with document preparation, data entry, and administrative tasks
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, including tax returns and financial documents
