Job Description

The SaaS Account Manager is a critical part of our Headquarter's sales team. You will be responsible for the growth and renewal of our existing customer base. As the principal commercial contact for our library customers, you will work to identify expansion opportunities ensuring we maintain consistently high renewal rates.

We're looking for "A" players who are passionate about joining us in maximizing the value we deliver to our large and growing client base in the Library market.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Directly responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned customer accounts to ensure we maximize expansion opportunities
  • Serve as the point of contact for our existing customers and drive all renewal and expansion sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to keep our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Meet and exceed monthly recurring revenue expansion targets
  • Run account management activities with Salesforce (CRM)

Qualifications
  • 2+ years in a quota-carrying sales capacity
  • 1-3 years of B2B sales experience in proactive sales roles in enterprise software or commerce solutions via phone, preferably in related subscription/software/internet industries 
  • Results-driven, with a proven record of using reporting metrics/KPIs to track progress against goals. 
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Native-level fluency in written and spoken English
