What You'll Do:

  • Would be dealing with Small Businesses in the North American Market
  • Would be handling meetings set by the SDRs
  • Building and maintaining a solid pipeline for an efficient Middle & Bottom of the Funnel
  • Prioritizing Impactful Discoveries, Mastering Demos and High Closures
  • Maintain lasting relationships with clients by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow
  • Manage communications for critical deals between upper management and relevant stakeholders
  • Stay current with company offerings and industry trends
  • Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices


Responsibilities

  • Solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations
  • Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify trends
  • Perform strategic prospecting - Follow ups, personalized communications, proposals, contracts, etc
  • Identify potential bottlenecks prior and come up with solutions to mitigate friction
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities
  • Building a solid pipeline by having prioritizing a value based model/approach towards prospects and ensuring high MOFU & BOFU
Requirements:
  • Experience as a B2B SasS Account Executive to North American markets is mandate
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities
  • Ability to understand client needs and negotiate costs and services
  • Proficiency with CRM software and an aptitude for learning new systems
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or related discipline
  • Proficiency in English
  • Highly well versed in verbal and written communication
  • Experience developing internal processes and filing systems
