Job Summary:
Panelmatic seeking a Senior Supply Planning Manager to lead production planning and materials planning function across a fast-moving engineered-to-order manufacturing environment. This role will translate backlog, engineering release, material availability, labor capacity, and customer commitments into a controlled factory execution plan. The Supply Planning Manager will create the planning knowledge and experience to build a robust planning execution team supporting five manufacturing facilities.
Requirements
Job Duties:
  • Develop the production planning and material planning strategy and lead the production and material planning organization
  • Own the master production schedule and planning rhythm that turns booked work into realistic factory execution.
  • Translate customer commitments, engineering release dates, long-lead buys, and labor capacity into a visible and controlled plan.
  • Drive work-order release, shortage management, kitting readiness, and sequencing discipline across the factory.
  • Build planning dashboards and KPIs around schedule adherence, open shortages, WIP age, constraint visibility, and output forecast.
  • Lead recovery planning when material, engineering, or labor issues threaten key milestones.
  • Partner tightly with warehouse, supply chain, production, and project management so priorities stay aligned.
  • Align MRP (Syteline) to ensure accurate planning of labor and materials for long cycle time engineered-to-order products
  • Improve MRP / ERP transaction discipline that supports clean planning signals and realistic promise dates.
  • Support continuous improvement in Panelmatic's overall planning, production-control, and execution system.
  • Lean materials strategy deployment-PFEP, warehouse standardization, and process alignment across multiple factories

Minimum Qualifications:
  • B.S. in Industrial Management & Technology, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • 15+ years of experience in planning and materials management
  • Experience leading organizations in a manufacturing organization
  • Lean / Continuous Improvement experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • ERP Item Parameter expertise
  • ERP Routings / Bill of Material development expertise
