Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and at least six years of relevant experience; OR an Associates degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and at least eight years of relevant experience; OR a High School Diploma / General Educational Development (GED) and at least ten years of relevant experience
  • Of the minimum years of relevant experience, at least three of those years must include experience with production, processes, procedures, and management of multiple C5ISR platforms and project team members
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing and managing specific C5ISR projects or groups of C5ISR projects and serving as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
  • Demonstrated experience identifying technical, staffing and tooling resources
  • Demonstrated experience reviewing and preparing work orders that include budgets, cost estimates, project execution plans, schedules, and inputs to status reports
  • Demonstrated experience managing daily operations and oversight of the standardization of SCRIF and/or DoD processes and procedures
