Residential Remodeling Subcontractor (1099)

Location: Cedar Rapids & Iowa City Corridor

Work Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Project Type: Residential Remodeling & Repair | Framing Finish Carpentry Remodeling


Compensation: $30-$50 per hour, depending on experience, craftsmanship, scope of work, and the ability to independently complete residential remodeling projects to company's quality standards.


Skogman Remodeling & Repair is expanding their network of skilled independent subcontractors to help support their growing workload throughout the Cedar Rapids and Iowa City corridor.


Rather than pushing customer projects months into the future, they're building relationships with dependable subcontractors who take pride in quality craftsmanship and are looking for consistent project opportunities with an established local remodeling company.


If you're an experienced carpenter or remodeling professional who enjoys a variety of residential projects and wants steady work without the responsibility of finding your next customer, we'd love to connect.


Who They're Looking For

Skogman Remodeling & Repair is seeking experienced finish carpenters and remodeling professionals who enjoy a variety of residential projects and are committed to delivering exceptional workmanship.


Typical Work May Include

  • Framing carpentry
