About the Role:
Halco is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician to oversee all electrical functions within our design-build, kitchen remodel, and bathroom remodel projects. This role ensures successful completion of electrical work, site readiness for other trades, and project closeouts, ensuring all electrical work is completed to scope and quality standards.

What You’ll Do:
·       • Complete electrical work for design-build, kitchen remodel, and bathroom remodel projects.
·       • Be solely responsible for the electrical functions within the company.
·       • Handle small service calls and other day-to-day tasks.
·       • Communicate effectively regarding change orders and additional sales opportunities.
·       • Service opportunities for both new and past customers.
·       • Independently solve problems and think critically to ensure project success.
·       • Collaborate with the Construction Supervisor and Project Manager to meet project goals.
·       • Oversee apprentices and manage job sites.
·       • Maintain cleanliness of job sites and organization of work truck.
·       • Provide effective and personable communication with customers.

What You Bring:
·       • Massachusetts Electrical Journeyman license required.
·       • Residential electrical experience required.
·       • Good understanding of the current NEC Code.
·       • Drive to grow within the company.
·       • Willingness to learn and improve.
·       • Team player with a motivational attitude.
·       • Smart phone and basic hand tools.
·       • Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in residential remodeling.
·       • Strong understanding of electrical systems and building codes.
·       • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
·       • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
·       • Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.

·       • Project Completion Rate: Percentage of projects completed on time and within budget.
·       • Customer Satisfaction: Customer feedback and satisfaction ratings.
·       • Change Order Management: Number of change orders successfully managed and implemented.

Working Conditions:
