Job description

Contemporary restaurant is looking for a kitchen manager to lead day to day operation. Daily responsibilities are, but not limited to; food ordering, organizing prep, cleanliness of kitchen, expo, rotation of inventory, and working with the General Manager to maintain daily services.
Minimal experience requirements are, expediting, food ordering, and 2 years cooking experience. Must have understanding of health department standards. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and multitasking skills, and with sufficient training can be trusted to be left alone to work dinner service with the kitchen team, while maintaining standards.
