Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual for the role of Store Manager in Training. This unique position offers the opportunity to learn all aspects of furniture sales and store management while earning based on performance. As a Store Manager in Training, you will gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, inventory management, and team leadership. This is a commission-only position, providing an excellent opportunity for high earning potential. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and master the sales process, including customer engagement, product presentation, and closing techniques.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist in managing the sales floor, including product placement, merchandising, and maintaining store appearance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our furniture products and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Support inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products.

  • Assist with the scheduling and supervision of sales staff.
