What is a kitchen manager in training?

A Kitchen Manager In Training is an individual who is learning the responsibilities and skills required to manage a kitchen, typically in a restaurant or food service environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills help you effectively manage staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
