Job description


Currently accepting resumes for our Assistant Kitchen Manager position for our newest addition in Wausau when it opens later this year or possibly Stevens Point if that area suits you more. We are the hottest new restaurant in central Wisconsin. Previous kitchen management experience is required. 1 -2 years preferred.

Parker John’s BBQ & Pizza is a full service, 7 day a week operation. We currently own and operate five Parker John’s BBQ and Pizza locations. Management can expect a five-day work week along with a generous compensation package including fully paid group health insurance, complimentary food and beverage, 2 Weeks paid vacation Plus 4 Holiday Days Paid and a company matching retirement plan. We are closed on 4 Major holidays Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving & Easter so that you can spend time with your family.

A preferred candidate would have experience in all facets of kitchen management , including, but not limited to scheduling, running shifts, food and labor cost controls, ordering, high volume cooking and ability to work the majority of the shift on their feet. Experience in catering and banquet service is preferred but not required. Must be able to carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
