We are seeking an individual to be a part of our rewarding team. Applicants must be hard working, fast moving, responsible, and quick thinking. They should also exhibit the ability to go the extra mile and make personal connections with every guest.

Responsibilities:

  • Everything behind the swinging door during the shift
  • Always delivering crave-able food, in a timely manner, that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A Quality requirements
  • Coaching the behaviors of all Leaders and Team Members who work in the Kitchen
  • Have a hustle that creates surprisingly fast Speed of Service
  • Attention to detail that ensures preparation and production procedures are followed
  • Execution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment
  • Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety
  • Vigilant attention to the organization and appearance of the kitchen
  • Ensuring the kitchen is ready for a Backstage Tour with a four-minute lead time
  • Daily assign kitchen crew to positions and ensure all pickup/delivery orders are made in a timely manner
  • Coaching, evaluating, and providing accountability for all Kitchen Team Members
  • Aligning daily practices of the Kitchen with the Vision of the organization and with the Goals of the organization
  • Responsible for the repair and maintenance of all equipment used in the Kitchen
  • Either repair “in-house” or call appropriate repair person for broken equipment within 24 hours of notification of problem
  • Track and eliminate waste of food 
  • Responsible for team building, and coaching members of the Kitchen Team
  • Responsible for all checklists, truck orders, and produce orders

Availability:

  • Part Time needs 4 shifts with open or close availability and Full Time needs 8 shifts with open or close availability

Qualifications: 

  • High school degree is required. BA/BS in Food Service or Culinary Management is preferred
  • 2+ years of recent restaurant management experience 
  • Reliable transportation
  • Demonstrates loyalty, integrity, motivation, trustworthiness, dependability, empathy and professionalism
  • A passion for people and service
  • Able to lead, coach and delegate a team of individuals in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to make quick decisions with the restaurant's best interest in mind
  • Ability to develop others and an eagerness to learn and improve yourself
