If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, Zest Culinary Services, (formerly known as MMI Dining Systems) at William Carey University has an opportunity that could be for you. Zest Culinary Services is seeking a breakfast cook to help during the morning service.
As the Cook, you will be responsible for providing guest satisfaction by ensuring that all food is cooked properly and timely. Will work with the Head Chef on coming up with new breakfast menus. If you are able to work a flexible schedule including mornings and weekends and are dedicated to providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests, this could be the job for you!
Duties include: planning, preparing, and cooking food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers. Help keep the kitchen organized and running efficiently. Ensure proper food handling, sanitation and following food storage procedures.
All shifts available - mornings and weekends between 6 am and 2 pm. Must have batch cooking experience, positive can-do team attitude, fast-paced kitchen, be able to lift 20 plus pounds, read and understand recipes, able to fill out production sheets, clean neat appearance, reliable transportation.
