Concessions Cooks are responsible for ensuring Mallards fans receive the freshest food possible in a timely manner. Interested candidates should have previous kitchen experience and be able to work in a fast paced, hot environment.  




Responsibilities Include:


Follow specific food preparation and sanitation guidelines designed to create a consistently quality product.

Learning and maintaining proper usage of grills and fryers.

Communicating with concessions runners and cashiers to fulfill customers' orders.

Communicating with full-time staff when the situation calls for it.

Working in a group kitchen setting.


The minimum age to work as a Concessions Cook is 16 years.
