We are renowned for the high quality and unique selection of granite, marble, quartzite, and Porcelain slabs. We are the exclusive distributor of Quantum Quartz, an engineered stone produced with the finest materials. We are also an exclusive distributor for Lapitec, a sintered stone is a matrix of minerals heated (sintered) to form a solid impenetrable mass. Our slabs have been imported from Italy, Brazil, India, and Asia for the past 17 yrs.

We also offer a wide range of products including tile and backsplash materials to coordinate with a brand new or an existing countertop.

We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Rep. in Naples, florida area to join one of the fastest growing companies in the stone industry and become a vital part of our Tampa team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Sell, promote, and present Granite and Quartz products to our existing and prospective customers within the stone industry (Fabricators, Builders, Developers, Kitchen & Bath Retailers, Contractors, and develop new customers)
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes.
  • Analyze potential gains, set targets, track sales, and report accomplishments.
  • Supply reports on customer needs, problems, and competitive activities.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Requirements: Proven experience as an Outside Sales Representative is a must; prior experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to build productive business relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritizing time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customers’ needs.
