They participate in the management of the service's human, financial, and technical resources. They are responsible for kitchen organization and participate in meal preparation. Requirements: DEC in Food Service and Restaurant Management Techniques, DEP in Institutional Cooking, DEP in Professional Cooking or equivalent 2 years of experience in a food service management position Supervisory capacity Ability to do physical work and lift heavy loads Flexible working hours (weekends according to the rotation established with the existing management team)
