Kitchen Tune-Up is growing quickly. We need a Field Supervisor who combines strong installation skills with excellent planning, clear client communication, and a focus on delivering a consistently great customer experience.

  • Safely operate common power tools (table saw, band saw, circular saw, router, planer, nail guns, etc.).
  • Handle service calls and punch lists while keeping primary jobs on track.

Requirements
  • 8-10+ years of hands-on residential kitchen/bath or remodeling experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to plan and schedule jobs and keep multiple projects moving.
  • Strong communication skills with both homeowners and crew members.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow (and enforce) a defined process.
  • Comfortable with the full range of cabinet and light remodeling installation work listed above.
  • Own tools and reliable transportation.
  • Career-minded and willing to learn our systems and techniques.

What we offer
  • Competitive base + generous commission and performance bonuses
  • Flexible full-time or part-time schedule options
  • Paid training and ongoing development
  • Gas reimbursement
  • Uniform, company swag, and performance incentives
  • Clear path for advancement based on results
  • Open-door access to ownership and a non-toxic, high-quality work environment
  • Steady work in some of the nicest homes in the community

If you are the person who can plan the work, communicate clearly with clients, lead the crew, and deliver a professional experience from start to finish, we want to hear from you.
