Marukai Central Kitchen is seeking kitchen associates to join our production team.

Summary of the Position:

Associate is the most important position in our CK Production department which requires all our associates to be physically and mentally fully available for the tasks assigned. All the Associate needs to complete their task with safe and accurate manner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Keep the store clean and neat is the essential responsibility for all Marukai employees.
  • Provide friendly and helpful between each other in the workplace.
  • Properly wear and use company provide Personal Protective Equipment such as uniform/vest, apron, mask, gloves, hat, hair net, and others.
  • Understand the task requirements and make sure the material and equipment are ready before starting the work.
  • Provide the task result with the quality and time required standard.
  • Based on the assignment, you might need to handle Deli, Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Sushi, and or other perishable products.
  • Based on the assignment, you need to handle different tools and equipment such as a slicer, scale, saw, knife, wrapper, grinder, and or other necessary items.
  • Keep the path with team operations speed during the tasks. Respect teamwork as one of the team members.
  • Follow the supervisor's instructions and company policy and procedures.
  • Other assigned tasks.
