Dash In, a proud member of the Wills Group family of brands, is launching a new, chef-inspired food concept that's set to redefine deliciousness in a 24/7 retail environment. We’re on the lookout for talented Kitchen Team Members to join our Back of House (BOH) team and create extraordinary food experiences for our guests. 
  
Your Culinary Mission: 
As a Kitchen Team Member/Prep Cook, you’ll be the culinary genius behind the scenes, crafting mouthwatering meals that leave our guests smiling. Here’s how you’ll make a difference: 
  • Adhere to top-notch food safety, sanitation, and quality standards, ensuring every dish is a delight. 
  • Monitor and maintain prep levels to ensure everything is fresh and ready for our guests. 
  • Keep your prep station clean, stocked, and organized, because a tidy kitchen is a happy kitchen. 
  • Manage incoming goods, ensuring they’re stored properly and ready for culinary creation. 
  • Maintain our kitchen’s sparkling appearance, ensuring a clean and inviting environment. 
  • Engage with our guests while preparing food, providing a personalized experience that keeps them coming back. 
  • Operate kitchen equipment like a seasoned pro, from deep fryers to slicers. 
   
What We’re Looking For: 
  • High School Diploma or GED (or willingness to complete our company-paid GED program) 
  • 1 year of food service experience, with a preference for line cook or prep cook roles 
  • Ability to work various shifts, including days, nights, overnights, and weekends 
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and be 18 years of age or older 
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening 
  
Ideal Candidates Will Also Have: 
  • Certifications: Active ServSafe certification or similar qualifications 
  • Tech Skills: Familiarity with POS software 
  • Skills: Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities 
  • Ability to speak and understand Korean is preferred
